The original charger doesnt provide enought power for mbr.. When the battery is empty, it is impossible to use mbr. Why on earth? I have multiple windows laptops that can be used without a battery. It is also affecting when using the laptop. Battery level may decrease while charging.

This already started with big sur. Anyone else noticed the same?

If the charger has an under-wattage than necessary, then it can't power the computer enough. For example, I can use my 60W MagSafe 1 charger with my 2010 MBP 17" but if it's dead I have to wait for a while until the battery is charged enough to turn the computer on. The 60W doesn't provide the 85W it needs.

It maybe the battery that's a problem not the charger.
2016 if you are still on the original battery it's likely it needs changing.
You can check by going to the apple logo top left>about this mac>system report> power and seeing what the maximum capacity of the battery is.
If the battery is nearly dead then it may drain very quickly and discharge faster than you can charge it.
