I've had a .mac account for a couple of years now, and everything has worked fine, until July 11th !!

Now I cannot receive email using my username@mac.com settings, but username@me.com is working.

On my iphone username@me.com is working but calenders, contacts and bookmarks don't sync. I set up another account on the phone using username@mac.com and I can sync calender, contacts and bookmarks with that but still do not receive emails sent to username@mac.com.

So 2 problems:

1- I can't receive email sent to username@mac.com ( on iphone or mac computer )
2 - I can't sync calender, contacts or bookmarks with username@me.com

I've emailed apple but only had the automated response so far, anyone have any ideas ?

A lot of users are still experiencing many problems with this new service. I would just keep checking and send apple an e-mail everyday until it's fixed.

I thought it wasn't working for me so I sent my me.com addy an email from a different server and waited. In one case it took a day to get the email. Today it took about an hour.

The main problem is that when I send a mail to my username@mac.com it gets returned as an undelivered mail item. Its like my .mac email doesn't even exist now. Its not just taking time for items to get to it, I can't even send mail to it as its now an unrecognised/invalid email address.

I'll keep waiting and see what happens..... give me .mac instead of .me anyday of the week.

They should have given .mac users the option for their accounts not to be touched at all.
 
Im having the same problem too. Just reclaimed my expired .mac account 2 days ago and to my horror myusername@mac.com is not working anymore but myusername@me.com works just fine. This is what I get when i try to send myself an email.

Does this mean my dot mac account doesnt exist anymore ? I would prefer .mac over .me anytime of the day !
