Hi I think this question has been asked sorry if it did.

Is there a way to create my @me.com email for when Icloud will ship for real? So i can start to transfer everything to my new email addresses? like move my Apple ID and all that stuff

Nope, as of today, the only way to get @me.com is through iOS5 device or Lion Developer Preview.

When "iCloud ships for real" you will be able to create said account through an iOS device, not earlier.
