measuring my walking progress

Is there an app that will record your walking around, how much distance you covered, at what speed or any other info regarding your walks? Im trying to see if i can measure some how my progress in distance walking/running etc.

Might sound like a dumb answer

But have you tried the health app? Also, not sure unless you're recording every second that an app could tell you your pace

It might be able to tell you your pace in real time, but I doubt over time

Yes, it's all saved to your phone

But yes your device is fine

Any 5s and above has been tracking your steps since you opened it, got a 5s and downloaded a pedometer app 2 weeks later and was surprised it already had my steps (that was when there wasn't a Health app and it didn't show the user any data it was tracking)
