Media Sharing keeps having to be reset (Library Unavailable)

Since I updated to Catalina, often when I try to access my library from any of my ATV3s its says "Library Unavailable". The only fix is to Deactivate Media Sharing and reactivate. Does anyone else have this issue? Getting very tiresome

I'm having this problem too (upgraded the Mini hosting the library in the last month or so).

Did you ever solve this?

Re-Authorize in the TV app. Happens to me quite frequently....

Yeah I get the "Library Unavailable" once in a while and have to relaunch the app - seems to loose the network connection - defintely a PITA

home sharing of "Music" also freezes quite often (when browsing music files) and using the ATV "computer app" to access music has the same issue / freezing.

I used to use the "computer app" to access iTunes (Mojave) and it it worked well and did not crash - another area of needed fixes to the Apple music changes on Catalina.

More and more, I am using Spotify as my "go to" app for music - I stopped using Apple Music (Streaming) @ Catalina Beta 3 and switched to Spotify as a way to separate my purchased / music / ripped CD's etc from Apple Music (Streaming) and I have found that almost all the music I have purchased for the past 40 years is availble on Spotfy and I will not ever go back to "Apple's Music (Streaming)"

One App (Spotify) for all devices - "It just works" and seems to have more titles and artists
