Media Sharing only works for Music - solved

When I run iTunes and turn on home sharing, everything works as you would expect.
I turn that off and turn on Media Sharing in the panel. The movie and TV list is empty. AppleTV app has the programs.
Music sharing works as expected.

Has anybody run into this? My Media library is on a separate drive. Perhaps that could be the issue?

I did a fresh setup with 10.15.2 and all is working! I forced TV to import from iTunes my reinitializing the folder after making sure, iTunes was set up properly.
My approach in in another note.
