Have you tried any Meditation apps? Are they working correctly for mindfulness ?
 
Oh it’s nothing special, it’s just a phrase that means to feel well and relaxed I guess 😉
 
I have some apps and subscriptions that I use.

Insight Timer, daily for over 7 years, it’s free, but you can subscribe and be a plus member.
Waking Up, tested ~2 yrs - might be a 3rd, but it's leaning towards moving on from that.

Then there's special teachers that I have/ had/ will have subscriptions with, on YouTube and in other ways.
