Mediterranean cruise: Orange the Best for Prepaid Data Sim?

I'm leaving with my wife tomorrow on a Mediterranean cruise and I want to take my 3g unlocked iphone with me. I will be arriving in Spain and going to France, Italy, Greece and Turkey.

I want to use my iphone for data so I can use the GPS/ Google maps. I'm wondering if I can pick up an 'Orange' prepaid sim up in the international airport in Barcelona Spain that would get me data for the 19 days through all of those countries which I mentioned above.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You'll have to let me know how you like the cruise! I think I'm doing the same one at the end of the month for our honeymoon...I'm also interested in hearing the answers to the question you posted...
