The submarine image is not on the same orientation as the back of the iphone.....?

Fake. Looks way too tacky, and as the above poster said the image of the YS itself doesn't look right in relation to the phone. In fact, they've just cut it directly from the cover of the album of the same name.
Seriously, it's one thing to have the band's logo or maybe even their autographs (like the U2 iPod), but no one is going to want to walk around using a phone with a cartoon submarine on the back, and Apple isn't the kind of company to even consider something so horrible.

Doesn't have the serial number on it or the CE marking that's legally required.
So, either fake or custom. There has been a rumour that The Beatles back catalogue would be annouced for iTunes as the big new Cocktail release on Sept. 9th though...

Who cares...The Beatles are overrated anyways. I respect them but people think way too highly of this band. Sorry if I have offended. lol

but back to the iPhone. There's now way apple would do this. there's a long standing feud between apple and the beatles. that's why there's no beatles songs on iTunes
I always found it funny that people tend to use the word "overrated" when they simply don't like something. Things are only overrated when you don't like it. If you were to have liked it, it's rated just adequately.
