iPad Memoji on iPad Air 2

Anyone got Memoji working on an iPad Air 2? I was asked to create a Memoji on the iPad Pro 9.7 and assumed it was there for all devices?

I don’t think it is available for older devices. All of mine are older. Good thing I don’t really care.

However, I’m doing it in iOS 13 beta. I couldn’t do it in iOS 12. I guess that requirements page will change once iOS 13 is released.
