Afternoon all. Can someone recommend a decent CPU and Memory monitor app, one that runs in the bar (top right corner of the screen)?

I know I can use Activity Monitor, and have it show the bars in the Dock. However, with that, there is no option to have memory show in the Dock. Rather odd actually.

Thanks in advance

Stats is a good free option.
I agree and it is being actively maintained. The negative is that I found (when I tested it about a year ago) that it was much heavier on system resources than iStat Menus. My memory is that it is weaker than iStat Menus regarding collecting sensor data (mostly temperature and power). Sensor data is particularly difficult to maintain as each Mac has different sensors.
