I know there's loads of apps out there that show how much memory is being used but i cant find any app that shows what's using it. Thanks

You'll need to download top from cydia first though. And of course you'll need mobile terminal if you don't have it already.

I use NCRam to monitor memory leaks in the tweaks, as I use NCSettings instead of SBSettings these days to manage my toggles.
