To check the size of the stick that you'll need, just go to the apple at the top left corner of your screen, and click About This Mac, then click on the More Info button on that screen, and it'll open your System Profiler.

At that point, click on memory and it'll show you exactly the size stick you'll need.

You may want to consider some more reputable RAM brands. ie. Muskin, Corsair, Patriot..etc

A good place to look that is reasonable is Canada Computers.

I just bought the lower model iMac that came with only 1gb and I got the 4gb Mushkin pack they have there for $90something. They also sell mac certified memory, but the guys at the store advised me its not really worth it. Since normal modules work too.

It worked great for me, best of all there is currently a rebate on them. Saved quite a bit. ;)

If you're not far from Toronto, I could probably even sell you my old 1gb stick for a pretty good deal if you want, only 1 week old. lol pm me if you have any questions or are interested in buying.

To answer your question though. Both those modules you linked to should theoretically work. You won't know for sure until you try it, apparently RAM is quite finicky.
