Hello,

New Mac Mini only a few months old. Was working find and turned into a Caching Server for the iPads at work. It was turned off normally about 2 months ago and recently needed to turn on, turned on and it don't want to start up.

Have ran the Apple Hardware test and got this result:

apple hardware test error code 4MEM/60/40000000: 0x7c293790

Any help regarding this?

You might try opening the bottom and carefully remove and reseat the RAM and see if that helps.

If that doens't help I would suggest making an appointment at an Apple Store. It's under warranty and they may be able to swap out the RAM on the spot.

Have tried that and now getting this error ID:
4MEM/60/40000000: 0x7c29d590

If I can't manage to solve I will take it to an Apple Store.
