Memory for PB G4

Hey what the best place to get more memory for my 1.67 15 inch PB? I have two sticks of 512 and I wana get two sticks or 1 gig.

I recommend OWC and DMS...both excellent Mac vendors. Great customer service and very good prices.

Specify which PB G4 1.67? The first 1.67 (DDR-333 SODIMMs), or the last one with the DL Superdrive and the HD Screen (DDR2-533 SODIMMs)?
