Memory status/breakdown - whats using it up?

Hi, can anyone help me (again) please?!

I only have 3.8GB left on my G4 ibook. Its easy to find that out but is there anyway I can find out the details of whats using the most up .. ie so I can delete some stuff?

The last thing I did which seems to have eaten loads is adding itunes artwork?
