Memory swap?

I am curious, I have a 24" 2.8 Ghz C2D iMac that came with 2 gigs of RAM considering upping it to 4 gigs, which would leave me 2 x 1gig memory modules. I also have a C2D 2ghz MacBook, that I'd like to take from 1 -> 2 gigs of RAM. Can I pull out the memory from the iMac during my upgrade, and swap it into the MacBook? According to Kingston, I should be able to...
