memtest86 freezes on test 0 macbook pro vega 20

Hi,

just tested both the free 7.5 and 8 beta of memtest86 on my macbook pro 2018 with vega 20, 32GB RAM and the computer freezes at test 0, 16% every single time. Running it with round robin on the cores doesn’t hang nor does it seem to be anything wrong with the memory.
Are the hangs caused by faulty hardware or is it a bug in memtest86? (or in the mac..?)

Anyone else having these issues?

I would venture a guess that it is memtest. I would try to find something a bit newer...& if you do, please post it.
