Menu bar disappearing every time I quit an app

Just got a new 15" rMBP. For some reason, every time I quit an app, my menu bar disappears. It re-appears as soon as I click again. Has anyone else experienced this?

It is a known bug in OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion, evident by dozens of threads about this. Apple will probably fix this issue once 10.8.3 arrives.

A couple of weeks ago I told someone this is a bug in the OS, now that I have ML myself I don't have much trouble with it, only on start up it sometimes happens, but that's the only time, I have to look into it if this happens after a restart or a cold startup.
