Menu bar distorted

I called Apple Support and they had me do a reboot and hold down some keys. Nothing fixed it so they suggested I take it in to have diagnostics run on it. I was just wondering if anyone has seen this before.

No. It started a few days after I bought it. It's random and doesnt happen everytime. I guess I can live with it. This is my first Mac by the way.
