Menu bar - Or, am I losing my mind

Ok.. I'm talking about the menu bar - not the dock. Menu bar. Not dock.

I'm not in full screen mode - I'm not talking about full screen mode.

My question: Am I just now noticing that the menu bar disappears when you're working inside an app and the only way to get it back is to leave the app and click on the desktop?

If this is true I need a mental eval.. I could have sworn the menu bar was always present (unless in FSM).

I'm hoping I'm wrong - I hate not having a menu bar visible full time - can I get it to stay - how?

Crisis averted. I logged out and logged back in - menu bar is back.

I have no idea what I did.

Protip if you can't even remember what you install you probably shouldn't install tweaks.

On that note... uninstall 'MenuAndDockless' and or whatever other tweak you installed to cause this in the first place.

Create a new user and see that happens in the new user account. Reboot before logging into the new user account.

I've seen it happen myself. Afaik only in Safari. Sometimes the menu bar is just not there. Seems like another Yosemite bug that does not affect everyone.
For reference... I'm using Dark Mode.

I've noticed this bug as well. It doesn't happen all the time, but it's very annoying when it does happen.

I've had this happening on and off with Finder. Especially directly after login. That said I've been seeing this bug since Mac OS X Leopard or something.
