mercury messenger - aqua skin

it shows a screenshot of mercury messenger looking very nicely aqua-tised and mine looks like a hybrid of an X window and an aqua bar at the top

is this an addon i can put onto it? if so, how do i get it?

Looks Aquafied to me but I've got UNO http://gui.interacto.net/ on so i can't tell anyway.
