Silver. Don’t like how all the other band show dings and scratches quickly especially in a case. Still surprised Apple did that green looks terrible in my opinion.

You mean both Silver and Gold don't show dings and scratches like the Space Gray always did well now also the Midnight Green will show the dings and scratches. I myself like the midnight green but don't want those dings and scratches showing on my clear case so... I'm thinking maybe Gold this time coming from Silver from all the years before

Going from xs max to pro max? I wouldn't upgrade even from iPhone 7 to that when the proper changes are coming in 2020.

I am torn between the space grey and the silver. I guess I will probably get the space grey one. I am definitely not getting the green or the gold one. I hate green as a color :)

I'll have to see them in person first, but probably the green because it's the new color and I like green. Gold would be my second choice, but I've already had two gold iPhones and I'm ready to try something else.

For those going crazy about the Midnight Green, be aware that it scratches easy and you might have a Green iPhone Pro with silver dots/lines if you don't take care of it. Check the photos here...

Both those pictures are terrible quality. And at least one of them it’s clear as day that those are simply reflections. Stop spreading bogus information.

SG is being slept on because it's been done time and time again.

I've always gone SG or whatever variation of black has been available.

I finally deviated to gold last year and will be going to green this year. SG is old faithful but I've been enjoying spicing it up.

Which is why they have to make multiple colors. My wife, my son, and I are all going for the Midnight Green. Think it looks amazing.

Going from xs max to pro max? Jeez, you have serious extravagance problem. I wouldn't upgrade even from iPhone 7 to that when the proper changes are coming in 2020.

Even if someone was paying full price every year with zero mitigating factors, people have different scales of finances. Just because some people (myself included) get a new phone everyone doesn't mean they have an extravagance 'problem'. It means the cost of the phone is commensurate with the value they'll receive from that new phone. Given that value is largely subjective, it's not fair to say someone in that situation has a problem.

I've upgraded every year since the original iPhone in 2007. When you trade in or sell your previous phone, it takes a huge bite out of the cost of the new one. So, like whomever you were responding to, I am also upgrading from my 512GB XS Max to a 512GB 11 Pro Max and I can't wait.

Not sure about silver, but the gold option has held up the best against scratches and dirt. I was considering doing the green on SG because the matte back looks amazing, but I’m leaning more towards the gold again. I think lol. I do have some concerns about the green selling out really quickly for launch day, because every poll I’ve read says people are wanting the green.

This is my semi-bi-annual post here on the forums (hah). Haven't had a new iPhone for a couple of years now so I am excited for the new ones. I'm planning on getting the iPhone Pro 11 Max Space Grey 256 GB. BOOM.

Leaning to silver. I had silver with my X, so I think I'm going back from space gray this time.

Got IUP approved for the Pro Max 256 in gold. Trading in a Silver X 256. That’s my plan anyway. My 2nd choice would be another silver, but really ready for change.

11 Pro in Midnight Green, 64 GB. Using upgrade program, trading in XS Max, gold, 256 GB.

I like a lot of the 11 colors which they had more options in the pro that were more colorful. The Green is different and I've had all the other colors at one time or another. I have had gold the past few years, but I was concerned that with the matte back it would just look like a flat beige. The pics I saw were not compelling for the gold. Space Grey and Silver are not exciting.

I am worried that there will be high demand for the Green. Since I am on the upgrade program I need to take delivery fairly quickly (within the first month) or next year I end up owing an extra payment when I upgrade. When I preorder if there is a delay for the green that is more than a month, I may switch to the silver.

I was only using about 60 GB and could offload a bunch of stuff if I had to so downgraded from the 256. I liked the X when I had it so decided to downgrade in size.

Thanks mods for re-adding the poll to the OP!

Go put down your choice everyone

Edit: ok stop voting for green now, I thought I was going to be all cool and original

I have always had a Space Gray/black, and the 7 Plus Jet Black will always be my favorite...but Space Gray keeps getting lighter and lighter, especially in this matte and now I don't like it. I always really liked the white back too but hated the white on the front. Now that the colors end up on the back only that no longer matters. Long considered the green, looks nice, if it was Midnight Blue I definitely would have gone with it but ultimatelyI have settled on silver this time around with the clear case. It will contrast nicer if I opt for color cases later than the green. I probably have thought too hard on this one.
