Merging 2 HD's

I have a total of 3 HD’s in my Mac Pro
The first I use for OS and for personal files.
The next 2 are 1tb each and I would like to combine them to create 1 large drive and use it for my Itunes folder.
I know this can be done with partition magic on a PC but can this done on a mac?

It's sort of unclear what you are trying to do. What is currently stored on those two drives that you want to merge? Are you going to merge them onto a larger, third drive, or just from one to the other?
