Message on front screens

Is there a way to have a message eg If found ring xxxxxxx on the front screen (Prob partners phone)

It is possible on Samsung Phones and I am sure it should be possible
There are many people that have lost their phone and it could have helped them

Just make a wallpaper Lock Screen picture with your info on it with any of image editor apps. That’s what I’ve done.
