Messages app bug on iPad

Anyone else notice sometimes when returning back to the messages app on iPad (landscape) the thread is never at the bottom and you have to scroll to se the latest message after the keyboard pops up? which leads me to another bug that whenever using multitasking to go back to the messages app the keyboard has to reappear.......this never happened prior to iOS 9.

This also happen when using slideover with having to scroll down to get to the most recent message.

Ive reported many bugs like this that are interface bugs. They still have been open for months.

I'd also like to note that this is what I pay Apple for.....to polish their shoes before they go out. No software is ever perfect but the amount of these little glitches and interface bugs have been staggering ever since iOS 7......
