Hi all.

Anyone know how to fix the problem with Messages SMS Relay only showing some of my contacts names.

iMessages do have my contact name in the details field, but SMS Relay messages do not. Like the feature, but this little bug is annoying.

any ideas...

Depends how your contacts are stored on your local Mac. Make sure they are either all in iCloud and that is enabled and downloaded. Also where are you saving your contacts to in your phone. Make sure whatever service you use is on both Mac and iPhone. I use Google and keep a copy in iCloud.

I was having this problem too. It turns out that out of area contacts have to include a long distance prefix (eg. 1 in the US) for forwarding to recognize it, despite the iPhone and normal iMessage service working fine without it.
