Messages bubble & texts has changed...

Hi,
My messages bubble seems to have gotten darker and my text font (for the blue bubble) has seemed to have changed to black as well. What happened and how can I change this back?

What iOS version and iPhone is this on? Is this like this for all messages and conversations in the Messages app?

Have you looked into any display and/or accessibility settings to see if anything like increase contrast, invert colors, etc.?

Right after posting this, I realized Apple released an update today. When I updated the phone it returned to normal... Strange..
