As my title suggests, the link preview feature does not work. When a link is sent to me it shows two separate texts, one with the title of the page, the other with the link that was sent. Neither one is clickable. But when I send a link, the person who receives it can view it just fine.

iPhone 7+ running iOS 11.2.2

Any ideas on how I might resolve this?

Has this only started happening since updating to 11.2.2? Have you tried any of the following?

Closing all apps out of the app switcher and reopening the messages app

Disabling iMessage and re-enabling it

Hard reboot

Reset network settings or all settings
