What does the message mean? I use a POP3 account and when I get an email one day it has the preview message on the screen and when I press it, it gives me the full message. Later in the day or the next day when I go to read the same message there is no preview and when I press it to read the email I get a loading icon then the message, "message not downloaded from server," even though I read it the day before. Why doesn't this 8gb ipod store simple text email? Is it a POP3 issue or and iphone issue? It has been hard going from a Blackberry email system to this.

my brother was having problems with his email also, this same problem actually, it was with a pop account on gmail. i dont know why ti caused that problem, but i ended up resetting all the accounts and then it seemed to work. but truth be told, pop is very inferior to IMAP so you might want to somehow convert over to that

Thank you for the tip! IMAP is seriously good. A buddy of mine mentioned it and I didn't think I could set it up, but it turns out my server supports it. Very sweet. Thanks again!
