Hey, all. Wondering if anyone can help me.
I just got a replacement iPhone X from Apple (screen issue) and I have not been able to get my Messages downloaded from iCloud after the restore. I’m on iOS 14 Public Beta 3...but so is my iPad Pro and I don’t have any issues on it. I have gotten an error message saying that messages won’t be downloaded because the accounts don’t match, but that’s just not true in any setting. It will say it’s downloading and then stopped. I’ve tried to turn Messages off then on. Sign out and in to iCloud. Even restored the phone with the backup...nothing seems to be working.
Any ideas?
