Messages Notifications Bug?

I noticed a problem with my 6 Plus after upgrading to iOS 9 last week where a message notification on the lock screen will say "2 min ago" even when it has been way past two minutes. I chalked it up to a bug with my backup. Well I got my 6s today and set it up as new.. I'm still experiencing the same thing. Anyone else seeing this?

its the time bug, make sure ur iphone time is correct, compare it to a windows or mac synced with a time server. just take it off auto time or go to 9.1 (public)beta 2 where its fixed
