Messages on Android with this program?

I recently switched from an iPhone to Essential phone. Assumed I would give up iMessage but then wemessage came along and it been great. No delay in receiving and sending messages. Not very hard to set up. It took me 15 mins Max. I now have a use for my old Mac mini.
