iPhone Messages on iCloud

Hi, World, is anyone using this yet or has it been completely removed out of the iOS 11/11.0.1 update?

I know it got pulled from beta releases. I can't seem to see the option to turn it on anywhere on the phone.

Its not live yet. I think it is supposed to come in a future iOS 11 update.
