Hello!

iMessages in iOS 8 adds a feature to share your location: current (which is shared as a static picture in iMessages and Messsages in Yosemite) and shared for a specific period of time, which is displayed as a dynamic image in iMessages and a quick lint "%user% started sharing location." in Yosemite.

If there is way to see the location dynamically (say, in Maps)?

Thank you!

If you click "Details" in Messages, it shows their current address like it would in iOS. It doesn't show in full-on real-time, because that would provide a phenomenally efficient means by which to run down your victim's battery through GPS use.

Doesn't work for me and the contact is part of Find My Friends.
