iPod Messed up my redeem code and handbrake won't work

So I finally decided to get Star Trek onto my iPhone.

I pop in the third disk, play the file, all the DRM crap comes up and then I put in the redeem code from the insert.

All good to go.


Then I see there was a process to do it direct thru iTunes. So I go that route "Code already used"

Handbrake keeps hitting some snag (Win7Pro64) and crashing when converting the file I originally redeemed. Compatibility mode won't finish converting the file either without crashing.


How do I get the download direct thru iTunes?
