I upgraded my xs max to the 11 pro max a few days ago and for some reason I am not receiving any notifications for facebook messenger. I am receiving them on my xs max. So I uninstalled and reinstalled on the Pro and nothing. I had to reset my xs max so I did which wiped everything out and I'm still not getting anything on my Pro max.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Will anyone be able to help me out?

Try resetting your pro max first and set a new start without backups. Sometimes low power mode had delays on notifications.

I’d hate to have to completely reset and start new for 1 app. Thank you though.
