I was planning on doing the firmware flash from Sierra to Firmware Flash Mojave to be able to have a bootable NVME drive but i still have a Radeon 5770. I managed to find a MSI GeForce GT 710 2gb DDR3 for 45$ CAD Will it work for what i'm planning on doing? Will it be detected as a metal card. I heard that it was the cheapest "natively" usable mac card for mojave.
Thanks

That geforce card is not supported by Mojave.
I was asking because i stumbled on a video on youtube and the person said that it was the cheapest natively supported gpu. She was using an hackintosh but she said that it was supported for cMP too. And i wanted to ask here first

The GT 710 works but does not support HDMI audio. This has all been covered. There is a list of compatible graphics cards.

I don't wanna use HDMI audio anyway. I use my audio interface (firewire) for all of listening
