Hey i have one of those rubber Sincase cases for the iPhone and the second i activated my iphone i put it on and have only taken it off like 3 times to clean the inside. Well (as you can tell from my posts in the iphone accessories thread) i decided to not use my case for a while and see how it goes naked and when i took off my case i noticed a plethora of scratches on the metal part. What kind of case does more damaging the iphone than protecting it? Would apple do anything about that or am i SOL?

:Edit: Nevermind, did a little research and i found others who were having a prob with incase cases...but dont you think apple should refund my purchase if it damaged my iphone when its supposed to do the opposite?

If you had read the packaging, it stated to remove the phone frequently to clean both the phone and case to specifically prevent this. So no, no refund :(

Mine did the same thing too. And I took my iphone out of it often and cleaned the inside. As a result of removing the iphone constantly ....the case stretched out ...fitting horribly and allowing more dirt particles to get under the case.
