Metallic wallpaper needed

Hi guys

After upgrading to Leopard, I started looking for a desktop picture that conatins only metal (nono, not metal music bands, etc, just regular metal )

Some metallic textures etc... But I've been unable to find one O_O

Anybody has a link to fitting images? Or maybe the images themselves?

do you want brushed metal, like Safari, or something solid?

It's worth searching on Google Images or Flickr for "Metal surface" or "Metal texture" or "Metal sheet", or try searching for the type of metal you're after, like steel, aluminium or copper.

You can restrict Google Images to large or extra large image which should be desktop sized.

Oddly enough, I've been google searching for metal sheet effects this morning at work, so this thread caught my eye.

It's obvious that you can make your own. I guess the OP wondered if anyone would be kind enough to share. I don't get why someone would just post a reply like that, so quickly, without real reason. Just seems like more of a waste of time than what I do...

I wasnt asking to LOOK for pictures. I only asked if anybody already HAD links to them or pics themselves.

If you dont "do the work for somewone", why bother posting?
