Metax Chapter Titles not showing up on iphone but itunes/appletv?

hey all, i have ripped some of my dvd tv shows onto m4v on handbrake then have metax change the chapter titles. It shows up on itunes/appletv but not on my iphone when i transfer them there...
any possible reasons?
