Hey all

While I am waiting for my iMac replacement to arrive, i have noticed metro last light has become available on the Mac App store. The game says it requires an nvidia card. But I am wondering if it will run on a late 2013 13" macbook retina.

Is your rMBP a 13" or 15" model? The 15" model should run it with little difficulty, with the graphic options turned down some. I run it on my Mid 2012 MacBook Pro (non-Retina, 15-inch) with the NVIDIA 650M with no difficulty at the native 1440-by-900 display resolution like so.

The iMac will run it flawlessly, probably maxed out.

Sorry it is the 13" macbook retina.

Doesn't look promising. According to NoteBookCheck [here], it will average 23.5 fps on all low settings. The Intel Iris 5100 (found on the 13" Retina) isn't very powerful.

Its on sale atm and I am waiting for my iMac which has a 4gb 780 card, I might grab it and run it on low settings.
