iPhone 15 Pro Max Mic Mode and WhatsApp issue

I found a weird behavior which the Mic Modes that I’ve always used with success (especially noise isolation).

I set the “voice isolation” mode during the call.

It happens that when i record a vocal audio on WhatsApp (where the mics mode on Iohone 15 don’t work) it “freeze” the mic mode status on “not available” for some time.

As you can see it shows “WhatsApp” even if I’m a voice call (it should be “telephone”).

Any advice would be welcome 🙏

Ps: tested on 2 different 15 pro max unit.
Pps: it works fine as usual on 14 pro max. Mic modes are working fine also on WhatsApp.

I tried on 3 different 15 apro Max units and yes, you can’t select “voice isolation” mode on WhatsApp.

On 15pro it works fine.

So weird.
