When I receive a call on my cell at home, the first 10-20 seconds has a in/out type interuption and finally comes in. I use the AT&T microcell and I just replaced it with no change in the call quality. My mom has the 6S+ and doesn't have this issue. I can only assume it's an issue with the phone itself. I hear complaints now and then that people can't hear me well some of the time.

Quantity vs. quality, Apple?

So what phone are we talking about? What iOS version? Have you tried any troubleshooting?
