Microphone key missing on 4S

Hi all,

This is weird... There should be a microphone/dictation key on the 4S' keyboard once Siri has been activated, but there isn't... Has anyone an idea? I tried switching keyboard and Siri languages, but no luck!

Any help is very much appreciated!
