I have an iPhone 6 Plus. I just had Apple install a new screen. Ever since they did that, one of the microphones stopped working. I can talk on phone calls, but I cannot dictate in messages, etc. I think the thing has three microphones and the one that allows dictation doesn't work. Any help will be appreciated. I just reset all my settings, but it didn't help. I will eventually take it back to Apple, but would like to save the trip if it's something I can do myself.

To replace the microphone you would need a source for the parts, plus the knowledge, tools, and skill to disassemble and reassemble small electronic components. Take it to Apple.

Thanks, but I didn't mean I was looking to repair it myself. I just thought somebody else might have had this problem and found a solution by doing something in "Settings" that I haven't already tried. I would never try to repair it myself. Thanks again.
