Microphone problem or just the configuration

Shazam can't recognise any song with my Iphone. I also tried the other app midomi. Both apps don't work, even not after an update. I need to put my radio really hard to get some really poor results.
Midomi shows a volume signal, but it only gets green when the volume of my radio is really hard.

What is wrong?? I don't have any problems with my phone conversations, so my microphone is not broken...

can people hear you when you are using the phone part? If so maybe you should try a restore, there might be a problem with the applications, not the hardware

Yes they can hear me! the other applications work correctly. What can I try to fix this?
