I have had this mouse for a while and had been using it successfully with my 9.7” iPad Pro. Now, since there is official mouse support In iPadOS, it will not pair. Ironically, neither will it pair with my Widows 10 desktop; it does pair easily with a Chromebook.
I have tried to connect through the Bluetooth control and through Switches under Accessibility, neither works. I have tried new batteries, removing the batteries, holding th power button to reset; however, none of these methods worked. I would be grateful for suggestions. Thanks.
