Hello,

i have an excel document with a prices column and I need to add a plus value of 100 to every cell with one command. Can anybody help on how can I do this ? There are about 150 cells and it will be very time consuming to add in one by one ...

Please have a look on the attached image.

Also I would like to convert all those values from British pounds to Euro. Is this possible ?

Thanks.

Not quite sure I follow you - do you mean you want another column with the contents of column a + 100? If so, create a formula for the first cell to add 100, then drag down for the next 150 cells to apply the formula.

For the currency conversion, it depends how accurate you need to be. You could use the same method and just multiply by whatever a typical conversion rate is. If you need to be super-accurate then create a one off field with the conversion rate in it, and multiply each field by that. That way, you can update that one field each time you open your spreadsheet and everything else should recalculate automatically.

Hope that's of some help!

Yes you a correct. Could you please send me this formula ?
