Microsoft Exchange + jailbreak + Iphone OS 3.1.2 causing issues

Hi,

I recently updated my iphone to OS 3.1.2 from itunes and was able to jail break successfully. After that everything seems to be working fine when i install sbsettings and backgrounder. But, as soon as i add my Exchange account my phone reboots continuously.

Anyone had this issue? Please, let me know if you have any suggestions. I miss sbsettings desparately.
